Random, but every time the same Smile

Anyway, I'm becoming notorious on every mission in sequences:

and my cape is automatically restored to defeault.
After each mission is finished I return to being anomymous.
Is it supposed to be like that?

Yeah game is nice, but graphics sucks( maybe sometimes it looks ok ). They added a "few" things but the gameplay is almost the same as the first one-which i really liked.
ps. damn i have to buy a new cpu - this game is using 100% of my 6420 (oc 3.4 ghz) in some places.

dont know about you guys but i found the game quite boring after a while...i mean its open world ok and u can do a lot of sh*t...but besides the main plot missions the rest becomes boring i.e. assasination missions, race etc etc...u keep doing the same over and over...u may have different weapons and castle managment and stuff, which are veeeeeeeery easy to upgrade, but again...no point in the game besides main missions...

just cause 2 ftw...

If you use the argument that every game that repeats itself after a while is boring, then all games are boring, Tetris was boring, Pacman was boring, Donkey kong was boring, Diablo was boring, every Mario game was boring, GTA was boring, etc.

And how can you say AssCreed 2 is boring and then say Just Cause 2 is not? What you can say is that you prefer Just Cause 2, you find it more amusing, etc, but in the end it's as boring as every other game after a while (after you wipe the 20th base for some or the 200th for others).

Have to agree with raven but also with pl@tinum.

There are no games anymore what you can play for months imo.

I'm allways happy when i have more games installed so i can switch after an hour. This is making me get bored about a game much slower. Mostly i don't even reach the end of a game because i'm too bored playing it Smile

I miss the good old times.

I don't think the nature of the games changed much. Sure there's been less innovation, but I honestly think the problem is us, hardcore gamers. After so many years playing games, the ability to surprise us in any given game is very small.

That may very well be true. Sad

You are right. The "next-gen" games are getting more simple and boring. (iNatan's The Future of Video Gaming anyone?)
Thats why I got PlayStation 2 two years go - to play some old great games I havnt played. Right now Im playing Kingdom Hearts, Ratched and Clank 1(replaying it actually) and Persona 4(after P3F I coudnt resist for another 100+ of solid gameplay) . They are so addictive (especially Persona 3 and 4) that I hardly find myself playing on the PC more then 1 hour a day.

A certain female character says a lot more during a sequence towards the end of the game. Very Happy
(There's a few screen quite a few pages back of that little event, parts of it anyhow, she just kept going on and on.)

saves are local as well, so that would have nothing to do with DRM. But yeah, lets bash it for whatever reason, however wrong it may be Razz

Saves can be backed up online but I don't think they are ever separated from the offline mode, game autosaves frequently as well so you only ever lose a few minutes of progress at most.
(For retail all Ubi titles also autosave if the connection is dropped and resume once it's re-established although this isn't comparable to a normal savegame so exiting the game might lead to a loss of game progress.)

Check temp folder and rename the latest temxxx.tmp to 2.save and put it the profile folder. It the latest doenst work -which probably won´t- try the following one -sorted by date of course.

I'm stuck, just after finishing sequence 5, I wake up on the animus and I have to complete some missions activating the warehouse electronic security, after completing it, as I'm on my way back to the animus, I have a hallucination as Altair, I'm supposed to follow a target and the target enters in a tower and closes the door.

At this point I'm supposed to climb the tower, the thing is, I climb it until I reach a deck, and I'm stuck here, there's something there that I'm supposed to hang to, but Altair just doesn't hold to it.

Any help?

Stand on the edge of the terrace, right in the middle, just below the protruding board. Then you have to be able to climb onto it by just pressing forward and space, i think.
