You didn't use the correct folder in the registry. If the EFLC folder is in say "C:\blabla\EFLC", than the InstallFolder key in the registry should have the value "C:\blabla\EFLC\".

The release I have and which seems to work fine till now, is 16gb and contains just the game's folder (taken from steam it seems)

this game f**** runs fine !! all Very High , from 30 fps to 60 ..............
5870 + i5
but.........i got strange stuttering even i got 40 fps.....you got tthe same???????
Like 1 seconds freezing.......i close all process in task manager........

Game get stuck every time in the middle of a shootout on a mission "it's war" (LOTD)
just get stuck (not responding)...anyone else?

yes i did.. the 6th step in my post said to just download the appropriate .reg file and just apply it which i did for both XP-32 and Win7-64 and still no go.
not that this matters now anyways since the game finally worked after i used the repack with the custom installer(or more like slowass extraction tool).
i suggest everyone who has problems getting the game to work just to use that instead.

fine here.. tho i have shadows flickering.. and slow texture loading.. textures stay low rez.. and load when too late.. looks so go damn retarded, i never had either of those things with original gta, and all of its patches.. i dunno if its 1.0.0.6 patch. or its dlc specific.. its freaking annoying.. i can understand textures loading slowly... or something like that.. supposed to boost performance.. but gta 4 had no such thing whatsoever..
and shadow flickering is annoying..
running 197.45 drivers.. which adds sli support .. supposedly.. sli still doesnt work.. even if i enable sli detection it wont show its working..

believe it or not i got better perf when running on only one graphic card. gtx285 x2 ...

If you are running Windows 7, try setting Windows Event Log in start/run/services.msc to disabled and reboot.

this stuttering now is for 1 second ,but in normal GTA IV i dont have it

You need to create some reg values, I used this reg file (I'm on win7 x64)
For 32bit, exclude the Wow6432node. Also, change the folder of course.

The 16gb is full and standalone. And working, unless you download some shitty upload.
I don't know about the 8gb one, it's probably the 2 episodes in DLC format to be installed to a normal GTA4 installation. Harder to get to work, if possible at all ...

The 8GB Repack version works perfectly fine.. Installs for you WITHOUT having to manually edit reg files ( some people cant ) altho the installer is VERY slow. it does work.

the md5 you posted is the one i have , and there is also another file with
md5 = 47d7dfd622c3efd80a7e600e7dbacc20
so i need to 16gb game folder + this 2 files from above + registery ?
or do i need something more? (asking because: there was another crack posted with 16 files in it, and a readme that tells NTAuthority made it based on some other release)

Yeah, I think that's all correct. And yes, that md5 is the correct md5 of the data.dll
You need latest GFWL, too, along with redistributable shit etc, if you don't have all that shiznitz already. Thankfully, Rockstar Gay Club isn''t needed (for SP at least)

fuck , can't make it work , care to help ?
so i extracted that 16gb shit from tpb , added the crack -> crash at start
same as above + update -> securom error
moved to program files , update , regfix -> game enters , upon selection between the to the screen goes black and it stays that way or securom error
as above , i only reinstalled a newer flash verion cause i got a flash error in the main menu , gfwl -> crash at start
what the fuck am i doing wrong ??
since didnt really get a PROPER list of things to do to make it work , i just used common sense and did the shit above , didnt work , so maybe i'm missing something .

I'm still waiting scene release for this. I expected a faster release, is this harder to crack than the other GTA4 patches? I don't think so.
