Hi yall...

What an awesome SP experience condemned was...hell one of the best games i played!
i wonder is there any games like it?
one i come across is farenheit...never finished it

You just compared Condemned and Fahrenheit..omg.It's like comparing Crysis and Starcraft.

The Condemned series is seriously underrated in my mind, unfortunately this sub genre hasn't been very popular with publishers, here are four I can recommend though:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psi-Ops

While Second Sight and the Psi Ops games have psychic powers as a game element the plot continually returns to the theme of amnesia and loss.
The hi-tech criminal forensics which are so prevalent in Condemned is virgin territory dying to be exploited but I am sorry to say it's found in very few modern games much to my regret, luckily the exception to that rule is the brilliant Heavy Rain.
However, a word of caution, the hi tech forensics as demonstrated by Norman Jayden is limited to only his character.

...perhaps they just... forgot? games sitting on someones shelf somewhere

bill: you know steve... ive got this feeling we're forgetting something... somethin big.. its been buggin me for years...

steve: im sure its nothing, bill...


or maybe they just beat remedy to it, and canned it for pc because "some games are more suited for the intimacy of the PC, and others are best played from the couch in front of a larger TV screen"
