Just tried (new patch + old mp crack) and works fine, played the whole 1 coop act without any problems.

This new patch is ass, for some reason the game won't let me go higher than 1280x720...when both my monitors can easily handle 1600x1200 and my main monitor is set to 1920x1200 in desktop. -.-
So I'll repeat myself, this new patch is ass...and I bought the motherfucking thing.

so arnt you just replacing the updated files with the old ones, hence not actually updating anything |

I just replaced launcher dll in UGL folder. That has nothing to do with the game itself.
I think skidrow exe just changes the path where the game is looking for this dll file so exe crack is not really necessary.
I just had a few "server no available at this time" errors, but I guess everyone has them from time to time? I know I had them before.

You need to either use 1.02 crack or copy old one to ubi launcher folder, not the game folder.
You can reapply patch, so it's not a big deal  |

im on the lincoln mission.. but im officially stopping caring about this game now..
new patch does nothing.. shit still runs at 19fps if u look one way, 50fps if you look the other, depending on some crazy ass bullshit no one can explain.. run at 60fps or get the fuck off my hdd..
if i unplug my gamepad, which i do, since there's no need for it to be connected round the clock, the fucking game disables my inverted y-axis.. meaning i have to go into the options on every launch, and select it again.. pain in the fucking ass..
changing ingame gfx settings causes odd lag and dips.. so u gota restart the fucking game to get rid of it.. although this doesn't bother me, cause there's no fucking reason to actually change the gfx, since even ultra-low runs at the same fps as ultra-high..
fuck all these console developers ruining the great pc gaming that once existed.. bioware is our last hope, at least their pc versions are still playable on a pc like they should be..
and before i forget.. ubisoft sucks cock cause asscreed2 mouse control is fucking horrendous..

Playing Double Agent PC version now (I also downloaded PS2 version and am considering playing it). I don't know why all the hate for Double Agent. It's clearly not as good as Chaos Theory. But not worst than Pandora Tommorow. Splinter Cell 1 was firts in the series so it's hard do compare them. Feels a little consolized (well all games in the series were on XBOX and PS2), but it's not bad either. I wonder why I left it in the first place (I remember that performance was one of the reasons).
Conviction is next in line...

I've a problem with the Skidrow crack (the 1.02 as well as the previous one). I've placed the crack files as where they need to be.
My problem is, I can't access the in-game Main Menu UNLESS I'm connected to the Internet. I've tried disabling it completely and then entering the game. Unplugged the cable. But while offline, the game gets stuck in the loading screen before the 'Press any key' screen appears.
Does anybody know how to get it to work offline?
Thanks in advance.
PS, I can play AC2 offline with the Skidrow crack in my PC.

Jesus, teh game runs on Below Normal -_- If i change it to Normal or Above Normal as soon i get in game it goes back to Below Normal, how teh heck to fix this ? -_-

No problems with patch here. No performance issues, no crashes, no freezes, everything is working just FINE. I really, really have no idea why so many people have problems with this port :/. I don't get ANY whatsoever.

30fps? You might as well just play it on a console then. Anything below 50fps is unacceptable performance for a PC game. For me this game runs at 50+ most of the time. I use the following settings:
Enabling either HDR or Dynamic Ambient Occlusion (or both) immediately drops the fps to the 30s for me so I leave that shit off

So you prefer to play with such low settings?  The game looks dated as it is, with your settings it looks like Max Payne 2... I'd trade 30fps for a much better looking game.  |
