Im about 43% of the way into the game on the way to Crocs lair when the goddamn game crashes. I actually thought it was the start of the RROD for me again but its not an isolated incident. Ive even found a Youtube video on the crash in exactly the same place. Goddammit. Anyone else had this?
Edit: OMG that shit is normal?! Are you freaking kidding me?! Ive reburnt the damn game because of this and reconsidered downloading an alternative release! And its meant to happen!? I left it a couple of seconds and it turns out to another Scarecrow dream. Jesus thats some clever stuff.

Yes i had the same thing, i was actually thinking the game started all over again and ran to my xbox to turn it off before it saved when i realised the joker was in the batmobile and something wasnt right.. lol it forunately didnt crash just i had this weird graphics glitches and sounds just like in the youtube video.
Rofl yeah I also jumped up, to quickly switch off my xbox, these lines on the monitor and the sound was all too familiar from a fried gpu... that sequence was really really disturbing, done pretty great though. No game ever made me jump up thinking my devices were broken.

yeah the concept of PAL and NTSC (different framerates and resolution) doesn't really exist in the HDTV world ... everything is 720p/1080p and 24fps.
For completeness: only movies on BluRay are 23,976 fps, gaming consoles output 60 fps (no matter how the game is rendered internally, if its 30 fps then every frame is displayed twice to achieve 60 fps).
