I am willing to bet money that this game won't leak before Monday. Sure, a few people have it already but most have had it for a few days. If they wanted to leak it, they would have already.

and as to how they found out, don't you think they got people or yet better, a law firm, sifting thorugh sites like justin.tv or ustream, youtube etc. for stuff like that?
They know street date is gonna be broken, they probably can't determine who did it but they can try to limit the leak of information that comes with it.
And since I wouldn't have watched the stream anyway (not wanting to spoil anything) I couldn't care less
