Is there a way to get tutorials back? I think I'm doing something wrong when dueling. Does anyone have a quick guide?

Spoiler: | South of Armadillo is a lake. Look for the hut there and then go to the cliff farther south. At the back of it you can slide down twice and there should be the rubble. |
@ojn
Just mark your enemy (preferably at the head) a couple of times and then shoot.

Aim with LT and mark with RT? I think I've managed to mark this way. But how do I shoot? It seems to happen automatically once I've marked away like crazy, but that can't really be the right way..

I thought the marking's done automatically, just hover the aiming dot over the targets then RT to shoot when ready.

It changes later in the game. At the beginning it's auto mark and later after a mission you have to use RB to mark.
I always thought I mark as long as I can and he auto shoots in the duel. (but I'm not 100% sure)

Yeah, I too think he auto shoots. But often too late. So I guess it's LT to draw, RB to mark (long/short delay depending on how accurate you want to be) and RT to actually shoot.

I've really tried to get into this, but i just don't like it. There is a lack of common sense about this game, e.g. how fucking annoying is it to save the fucking game? and I find it EXTREMELY boring having to ride the douchey horses. Ah well, at least I gave it a shot.

Apparently a easter egg someone found on Gamefaqs, links to the second page which has a location map with the general area in it, found it interesting so I decided to post it.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/957922-red-dead-redemption/54793978?page=2
(Will have to wait until a PC port is made sometime if ever before I can play the game so I obviously can't verify the above but other users on that board seem to have, don't have the means to set up a X360 system and I'm pretty busy as it is already, heh.)
EDIT: Also as to the above list it seems using codes disables saving.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/957922-red-dead-redemption/54790285?page=11
(Whereas in GTA IV they only blocked achievements if you did save with them active I think it was.)

The first treasure:
Spoiler: |
The treasure's buried pretty much directly opposite (as in, other side of the big rock) of the hanging tree. Just hug the big rock and go round it until you find the small opening - can't really miss it that way.

good way to have fun and earn good money....
there seems to be no law enforcement at thiefs landing - you can kill loads(and then loot for cash!) without getting law or a bounty on you - only the odd bystander sometimes getting involved. yea, you lose fame/honour but stick a bandana on and you can even avoid that.
great that this game gives you a way to let off steam and go on a killing spree without the law going over the top like gta iv.
terrific stuff.

Cant find it either, have been searching in Hanging rock for a hour now.
Please someone take a picture and mark EXACTLY where it is. |
I've just found it.
Spoiler: | South of Lake Don Julio, almost on the river. It's a little tricky to find, when you find lake Julio go south to Rio del lobo and look for a hut, behind that hut you should recognize the ramp leading up to the campfire, follow the path down and it's on the left ledge. |
I'm now onto treasure hunter rank 6
