NCF's work with Steam or emulators to locate and check the actual game files but they're not really useful otherwise (Can be used to pinpoint updates files between version as well though.), you'd need the updated files themselves and some other stuff perhaps to make it load the new data on unverified accounts.
(Emulators or cracked copies so it'll allow for the maps to be used, someone said altering the config file or just a small CVar change in there like setting =0 to =1 or some such could work but I do not know what that would be, perhaps it's in plain text though like BonusMaps=1 or something.)
Would need a new crack as well I imagine or something similar to make it load if it relies on the EXE.
So, let me get this straight. I have a legit Russian Key that works fine (converted to English). Once I 'locate' the new map files (without buying), all I need to do is copy them over to a specified location and it will work?

using modified exe will get you banned. using VAC disablers will get you banned. so i'd say that's a certain ban if you attempt to play DLCs for free on your good steam account.
everything seem to work with the new settings and server.
Possibility to make a playlist, mod, kick and ban with the console. (im currently trying to play on lan with hamachi, it should work according to the forum).
