So as you may know I moved out of my old house about January. My current landlord is a fucking knob, a grade A prick. When I moved in he agreed that he did all the cleaning, but this changed to a rota after a little while (a points system).
So I just got home from work and I've got this....

What a dick head. I've taken his and my details off, but apparently this is from his Limited Company, I may post the details of this later to see if we can get any dirt on him.
So I need to speak to him, apparently we're being charged for a broken shower which he had tampered with not so long back so no doubt it's just from him doing a crap job.
He's shit to speak to as well though, so condescending and has zero social skills whatsoever. He talks all matter of fact and so smug when we havent done something.
He's threatening to take money from the £400 bond I paid before I moved in, he does that I'm liable to chin him.

I just spoke to him, didnt go as badly as I thought it would. He's still trying to pin the shower on us though. Penis. Not paying the £45 either, gonna see how it goes.

That just proves how crap he is at legal matters. It obviously shouldn't state he's being charged for the letter.
Sounds to me like he is and will always be a dick when it comes to shit like this. Maybe you should think about finding somewhere else to live. I would start taking photos and writing down all the house work you do... Just in case he decides to take further action if you don't pay.
How is the shower broken?
EDIT: There's noting in the letter that describes what you have failed to do that puts you in default of your tenancy agreement.

I think he is as well, he charged a couple who used to live here 340 quid for a blocked drain, a bottle top got stuck in a drain. Seems he tries it on at any point.
He touches my bond i'll just take his shit.
