When I launched my Steam just now it showed me the US version, with all prices in dollars. It showed Blur at $39,99.

Back to pounds sterling again now and the game is pre-order, how bizarre.

Manual is available however it's pretty brief, MP experience seems quite expansive however with a "Legend" mode once you hit rank 50 which resets you back to rank 1 but unlocks a unique legendary car and there's ten of them to unlock all in all.
(Nice powerups and some diverse levels as well along with interesting game modes and such, hard to judge from just reading a manual though, haha.)

IGN gave it a 7/10 justifying the score in this way:

Quote:
If you love a more hardcore racing experience, and the idea of truly chaotic combat sounds appealing, than Blur might be for you.

I wonder what could the reviewer think of Grand Prix Legends Laughing

Play some Project Gotham Racing 2. To get a Gold medal you only need to finish 2nd on a race, but finishing 2nd in PGR2 is harder then winning a race in most other racing games.

Bizzare Creations know how to make hardcore-arcade racing games, unrealistic but unforgiving.

He'll finish his torrent and find 3.36gb of goat porn. The 360 version is something like 7.5gb. I expect the PC version to be smaller from compression but I would think it would be a *little* closer to the size of the 360 version. Could be wrong though.

It' not ment to be the game, he's downloading music by "Blur" the indie band.

Most likely. But I figured that was obvious. Smile But you couldn't be sure just because the other two are albums Smile

Also, Blur is hardly an indie band. Not even close.

It seems steam change the release date. I was supposed to be unlocked by now and now it says "may 2010".

Various info and a few screens via Guru3D.

(Three preset quality settings, supports AA though not that good SLI and probably Crossfire support and not framerate locked though it can stutter a bit at times.)

So... the game isn´t steam-only after all -unless euro date is different from us.

Screens look better than I expected.
