Hallelujah brothers! Finnaly i got my x360 gamepad to work. It turned out that there newer XBCD drivers - 0.2.7. It confused me a bit becuase i had 1.07 before. It didn't work at first but then I realized that I was messing with xinput so I deleted all those x360 controller emulator files and now it works flawlesly, 2 players splitscreen too. Can't wait to play with some friends tomorrow Smile

30 fps all the time on High, and drops to 26 at Very high(although stays at 30 when playing split screen). 4850 is timeless.

Very High is almost unplayable for me (4870 1GB, but accompanied with a weak Core2Duo) since the framerate often drops below 24-25 fps. High is enough for me, though. Wink

Exactly, there have been only two racing games since NFS Porsche days entertaining enough that I spent more than 2 hours playing them. And those are Split Second, and Dirt 2, and maybe Grid.

For those that want to play Split-Screen with their controller (or more than one gamepad/controller for that matter)...

...the solution is X360CE Vibmod. The latest version 3.4 (WITHOUT the additional "3.7 xinput.dll") works fine for me on Win7.

Since Split/Second allows control re-mapping in-game, all you have to change in the ini file is FakeAPI=1, and the respective VID and PID of the controllers you want to use.

Has there been any fixes lately that gives crossfire support?, game runs like shit even on low if crossfire enabled, but runs @ 30 fps on single card at high settings.

Bcz AI cheats, i hate that in racing games; when AI is driving the same car as i do, but their is faster, its stupid and annoying...

Finished the game with 1st places in every race, but mainly bcz of cheating AI, it doesn't deserve more then 6/10

^^ True.Rubberband AI destroys this game.Uninstalled.Blur is much more fun for me and sometimes involves a bit of strategy to win.

Yeah. Elite races are bitch to win. You can't win this race by simply driving perfect, you are forced to used the powerplays.... which sucks.

Sometimes even powerplays + perfect riding wont help :> But i love the game, damn good. Tho fucking ati should already fix this damn crossfire issue, i want to play on Very high, Nvdia already fixed their SLI issue.

I'm playing on very high on my single motherfucking gtx260.

Unless you're playing on some hugeass monitor or something

Even then, dual gpu is an epic waste of money and energy (trying to get it to work lol), just get a highend card ffs.

Well every else game has worked nicely with crossfire, its damn good these days, like in metro 2033.. 93-99% usage for both cards. As for the "high end" card, lets say GTX 480 consumes more power than this crossfire set -_-
