Bah, usual linux fanboys bullshit, while it's true that windows is less secure than linux due to endemic factors (not beeing open, beeing targeted by malware creators since it has the larger installed base, ecc...) the situation isn't near as bad as most people brag about. I use win7 since the day it went RTM and I never got a single infection.
The highest security risk when using windows is, and will always be, the one that sits between the chair and the keyboard...

Haha, tell me something new. Winblows is the reason I converted to the Mac. Haven't had a problem ever since. Apparently the people that for some strange reason do adore Windows reside in this forum...

The adoration here for Win7 is fanboyism, even with UAC turned this OS controls way more than I like, perhaps good for computer idiots but not for me.
Also I find it a lot less stable than XP but I should run manual update some time.

Funny that. What's to consider? Your claim that Windows 7 is for "stupid users" or your claim that XP offers greater stability? I love how you instantly label people as blind fanboys just because they don't agree with your, woefully inaccurate, assessment of an operating system. Interesting logic you have there, I'd hate to see what you'd be like as a teacher 
MPCHC has never failed to work for me. Flawless each and every time.
Explorer hasn't crashed ONCE in the nearly-two years I've been running Win7, right from the betas.
uTorrent never freezes, works flawlessly from the second I load it till the second I close it.
So, again, am I lying? I'm just a blind fanboy right? No.. I think you'll find the answer is; your PC is a rotten pile of excrement and the reason XP works better than 7 is because it only requires a PC made in the later 90s to work.

Me neither mate. Shit, if anything; Win7 fixed a few issues I was having with Vista -- like ST Elite Force 2 now works right out of the box, whereas it was a right PITA getting it running on WinV at first. Not to mention the stability and performance of the OS in general. Ease of use without being too restrictive (if you're a power user, you can tweak Win7 any which way you like) and makes full use of my hardware.
