Yeah, I hogtied a criminal that was running from two lawmen. They run up to him, filling his body with 6 bullets each.
Did you get any honor? I usually shoot those down, and I don't think you get honor then.
First time that happened I didn't get it right; I gunned down the marshals thinking those guys were the bad guys. Found myself with a bounty on my head for trying to be a good guy.
Trying to shoot hats of off people's heads is really hard, I usually hit them in the head
Go into DeadEye mode and aim for the left or right of the 'V' or the lip of the hat.

Strange, another guy shows as having done it in 6 secs yet it takes 6 seconds to travel 1/100th of the course.....and takes at least 5 minutes to complete all challenges.

How do you hoog tie someone than drag them with your horse?
Use the lasso again, once they're tied, and hold the lasso button as you get on - and subsequently ride - your horse. I'm also pretty sure you can just lasso them from horseback without having to hogtie, but I've not tested that myself.
All GTA's bored me and admittedly im more of a sports fan..but this has to be the most immersive game ive ever played. I am a fan of westerns so that probably helps..It really is that good

Me too, breezing along examining the whole world and getting my bounty's worth.

Guns too at first but you get some guns during the game, some threw the main story and some on side missions, playing as the good guy I can't say I'm rich, bad guy is where the monies are.
The majority of my playtime has been poker. I've done quite a few bounties and some side missions. Today I was mostly completing outfits and stranger missions.
Btw does this happen for anyone else? Get caught cheating at poker in chuparosa and shoot the gun out of your accusers hand. My game will quit giving me prompts to get on a horse or join minigames and I can no longer select weapons. When you aim there will be no dot. Once you fire your weapon some of that stuff comes back but it acts stupid till I reload

Yea happened to me on a mission, too. Needed to reload for it wo work again.
