one thing i heard (dont know if it really works) is not to cover your matras with your sheets. so if you wanto make up your bed put it at the end or dont make it and throw the sheets somewhere. I never had trouble with bedbugs and im one filthy motherfucker

Never seen ones, never had ones.
But I'll tell you how to get rid of em.
First: Stay away from chemical or biological poisons.
Second: Use double sided tape and apply it on the corners of places that are hard to reach, for example around your bed and on the lower corners of your wardrobe.
Third: If you find the nest of em pour some silica powder in it. This will dry them out.
4th: Get new sheets.
