Basically, need a guide/tutorial for 360 flashing, i have the benq drive, it's already flashed, my mate did it, but i want to do the update's myself, i'm tech savvy so that's not an issue, just need the guide's for it, i'm going to be using jungle flasher, cheer's boy's

why not simply do the obvious? go to jungleflasher.net, there's an excellent tutorial in the downloads section

Question, with Benq, do i need to flash back to stock fw when system updating, if so, can't i just download the update cd from microsoft and do it that way? so i don't have to go online to update.
