Or.... you can give a right mouse button on the movie thats playing and go to Audio - and choose 0.1 second faster or slower.

Empty again

so let me get this straight... weve blown like 10 pages of the 'last watched movie' thread, on figuring out how to adjust the audio sync of a movie?

green zone 6.5/10
nothing epic or memorable, but it didnt bore me so it was a passable but silly thriller.
does anyone else remember way back when we used to talk about nothing but audio syncing? man.. those were the days...

Robin Hood 5/10. It just lacked emotion on every level, none of the people i went to the movies with liked it either.

No Distance Left to Run - 9/10 , awesome documentary about Blur , i really only like 2 albums from them but nonetheless recognize the talent . i was expecting some run of the mill documentary but it's really good , direction and editing is very well done , as well some interesting interviews on how the band came to be and what made it fall apart.

south africa vs mexico 5/10
crap story, average action... one or two good sequences, and i liked the twist at the end, but overall it could have been greatly improved with a better director (like michael bay or something)

Green Zone 8/10
Very nice and exciting movie, but I agree with Garus: the end sucked.

A-Team 7/10
Pretty good, the 3D scene was awesome although there's way too many "far fetch" parts in that movie.

criticizing 'the a-team' for having far-fetched sequences? whats next, criticizing a pixar film for having too much cgi?
havent grabbed it yet... fucking slow ass nz internetz looking forward to it - have been since i saw the trailer and realized they were doing action movies a favor and ditching that realism crap in favor of just having fun with it... looking forward to watching it.

well i finally watched it, and yeah... totally over the top... but i enjoyed it none the less, especially the far fetched stuff (i assume youre talking about stuff like the helicopter / tank bits, and how impossibly neatly their plans came together and such? like the 'movie' bit that we all saw coming? - no real spoilers, just generic talk here people )
overall, i enjoyed it.. i was grinning most of the time. i watch movies for little escapes like this, and i think surrounded by so many films that REALLY try to take themselves seriously, this was a real pleasure.
and i agree that far fetched bullshit scenarios can be annoying, but this film was so harmless and the characters so much fun and likable, that it never bothered me at all, even though i can definately see your point.... guess what im saying is that i forgive them for it, because they were just so damn charming
8/10 - hope it does well enough that we get a sequel.

meh/10
Nevermind the lame story, but is it just me, or was the acting simply horrid?

Green Zone - 8.5/10
It was a lot better than what I expected after reading many comments here and on other forums.
The ending was handled the best it could have been given the context and the historical background of the situation.
The entire movie had a very Bournish feel to it, I actually only discovered the movie was from Paul Greengrass after the end credits started rolling
Greengrass proves once again that he knows exactly what a real looking action movie should be and feel like.
This movie has the quality of any Bourne filml, only with a slightly less complex plot and in a different background.
This is among my favorite movies this year so far.

you don't pay much attention do you? I have no idea how you couldn't know that ... it's practically in the first sentence of every preview/review/criticism that has ever existed. |
I never pay much attention to who's in a movie, who produces it, etc.
Besides, I believe that the reviews I read don't even mention him or Matt Damon for that matter (although I knew Damon was in on it before I watched it)

@Ronhrin
Were by any chance the reviews based in the US?
