The games can still be good even though its Source. It's not the actual engine that makes the game.

I got past level 20 finally. You actually travel to another area through some tunnels. The directions aren't exactly clear because they're in Korean. But if you manage to beat level 20, head to the stairs and wait for the fire to die down. Run up and find a hole and dive in, there is some water and you can follow it through to sector 2.
