if the versions of AH are to have multi language and do away with the coding that stops u changing the localized shit, then why cant the new patch for arma2 let us do the same without arrow fucking head!!!
I mean its all been sold through same publishers etc again so whats the beef with it?
the reason the devs said thay cant remove it is cause of the publishers in germany etc said no to it. now they have Arrow head with multi availablilty and still wont remove the block from arma2?

you dont have right!!! VBS1+VBS2+ OFP1+Arma1+Arma 2 is done by same company but VBS's are done by differennt team

For some reason I'm getting shittier fps than with Arma 2 on 1.0. Also, the post processing is even a bigger joke than in Arma 2, can't see shit with it enabled no matter what setting.
Anyway, the missions so far are boring having played up to half past 3rd.

Sounds like you are encountering FADE, the copy protection.

Wish Arma 2 wasn't still $50 on Steam I'd buy it, I mean it came out a year ago
I'd pay 50 if I knew I'd like it but I tried Arrowhead and was pretty bored during the training/tutorial things, plus 20 fps with everything on low (really blurry screen) sucks, I'm sure in combat it'd be even worse

Hey look at it this way your getting a deal.You can get amra 2 with AO for $50 where as those of us who bought the original now have to buy AO at full price($39.99).

Ok I have to change my opinion on the game. Being currently on the 7th mission I have to say it's the best single player experience I had in years. The only quarrel I have with it is the automatic zeroing, makes aiming too easy with most of the modern weaponry. Seriously, playing this on hardest is the only way to go, you actualy have to pay for smallest mistakes. Too bad it's supposedly so short. Anyone knows how many missions there are?

ha ha really, crack is nuked, it makes game unplayable. it just cuts FPS ~3 times. With crack i had around 8-9 fps which was unacceptable.
I just activated game and now fps floats around 40.
great product btw.
