Everytime i want to watch some mpg's, i have sound but no image. I had Media Player 9 then switch to 10 without success. The avi's works fine though...anyone knows why i have no image? Do i need a pack of codecs for mpg's?

What type of mpg is it? If it is mpeg2 you need a special decoder. Check the FAQ I made in the "movies and tv shows" section.

BTW, not all newer media players suck. Zoom player WMV pro ed is an excellent example of that.
