Figured I'd solicit advice here. I'm thinking about selling my Samsung Omnia II i8000 (WM 6.5, 16gb internal mem + 8gb mem microsd) and upgrading to Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant i9000 (android OS, only $500 CAD here) old: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_i8000 new: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_i9000_Galaxy_S http://galaxys.bell.ca/ It's used, but has been babied for the past 8 months (screen protector and soft plastic cover since day 1, never been dropped etc)... plus I have pretty much any WM app/game you can even get (since the OS is really useless you need 3rd part everything, samsung UI is terrible as well), plus the box and everything that came with it. it's not unlocked, but that only costs ~$20 to do (is it worth it for me to do it myself before selling?) So I want to sell it preferably on ebay but maybe even craigslist. What do you think is the most I could sell it for as a 'Buy It Now' on ebay or for cash on craigslist? I would love to... but i ordered a buddy of mine to get me n95 for my brother in law, and I can't afford a phone and I don't want to leave the apple brand behind

so how much do you think it's worth? are the pirated apps worth it, or should I do a 'hard reset' that goes back to how I got it (and samsungs terrible UI)

depends how high you want to go.
250 reset and 300 unlocked and modded.
you could go as high as 400 but that'd be pushing it.
300-325 price range.

it's a good phone methinks and people are horny for android.
no one will be like STFU GIEF NOW FOR 150!
people will buy it. there's a demand for phones not tied to a contract.
and w/o contract it's like 500. isn't it?
