why would you want to do this? it would just ruin the experience of the full game when you get it.

Also unlike you idiots ive actually lived around them - I had probably about 1000 dollars worth of damage done to me in a year living in a neighborhood with a lot of them around. Ever since I moved out I haven't ever had a window broken in my car or a fed ex box stolen off my front porch. Fuck em.

They're more violent because they are poor and their life generally sucks, probably has nothing to do with skin color but social status (although in some countries skin color is again related to social status in various ways).
Anyway this game seems to have great hand to hand combat that is sensitive to the environment, like the video before on this thread where you grab the head of the guy and smash it against the building (meanning it recognized you are close to a building and used it for the final combo punch).
