Anyone else got a brightness bug, when closing the game down?
I have to change the dekstop resolution, because the screen is dark.

If you're on Vista/7 just press CTRL+ALT+DEL and then cancel. That'll sort that out, been posted in this thread and around the web an aweful lot already.

no it's not , that's like chapter 12 or 13 , mission isnt related to the storyline of the 2nd game

Every time I visit threads about not-so-released (or not-yet-leaked), but available to a lot of people games I feel like fucking Neo dodging bullets. You know, you read someone's message, spot character's name in it, another, OH FUCK IT'S A SPOILER, you quickly close your eyes and scroll page the fuck down. I've dodged a couple of bullets in this thread. I am awesome.

Ever since my game crashed last night after chapter 11 it doesnt want to load now , i press start demo and it send me straight to desktop .

mh dont know about the auth failed message, but as far as i know mafia2 doesnt need a permanent internet connection.maybe it just checks at starup if it was authet while firsttime install with steamworks. should be easy for the groups to remove
