Technically: yes.. More fun? Not sure. I'd rather play Sensible Soccer or Kick Off 2 than FIFA 01-11

Really?
Well i have to disagree there lol.

I don't really care about those two, being a gk might be interesting for one or two games, and Career mode is just glorified manager mode.

Things I miss are pro passing and personalty, although not really sure how good they are.

Ay, I remember fans bitchin' about wanting to play as the goalkeeper, would have been nice actually in FIFA: WC SA 2010 in the CYC mode where you played in your national team.

People who played it during the GC said that the differences are quite considerable, especially when it comes to perform passes with low-skilled players or slow defenders. Though my sensation is that if the community will manage to decrypt the game files, we'll have something similar to P+/PP even on PC. (Modifying the gameplay in the old FIFAs was ridiculously easy, but the engine was too mediocre to obtain some kind of benefits from it). Wink

Both correct.

Its all marketing, EA throws a lot of money on that.

Just like apple, multitasking! wow!

I guess they "personalized" it more, making it more visible and effective.

Anyway, why a player with a totally red bar would still run? If hes dead... hes dead^^

I see, following the usual procedure of "let's introduce a new feature but make it flawed so we can fix it the next year and claim it as a new one!" Laughing

EA has been doing this for a long time. They remove features from older versions then a couple of years later it comes back and they call it new and everyone eats it up..

Has happened with NHL a couple of times.

They've been patching these games and charging full price year after year. The only time we see big changes is when they change the engine, and some times those are for the worse (i'm looking at you PES).

FIFA 11 PC will be pratically identical to FIFA 10 console. It has been confirmed that the core gameplay will remain untouched (except for the fixed chip shots and the improved GKs), so expect a slightly different game than FIFA 11 console. Still, a full "NG" game. Wink

Yeah it'll be so advanced that it'll be next-generation instead of current because no way 360 or PS3 could handle the super next generation game.

A new gameplay video:

From 0 to 0:50 is the PC version, while the rest it's FIFA 11 console.

They both look good, but the console version seems to have a slower pace and the passes are a bit more realistic (probably due to combo Personality+\Pro Passing). The overall difference between the two versions is anything but mind-boggling though.

You can choose game-speed in settings if I remember correctly. (Fifa 10 console)
I usually used "Slow" in my settings.

Squirrely: Now come on y'all. We can't waste time arguing. There could still be survivors out there. We need to hunt them down, and kill them.
Beary: How about we kill them, and then rape their bodies so we can use their blood as lubricant.

Yeah, after having watched all the gameplay videos I'm pretty sure that "Slow" will be my default speed Razz. A hypotetical "Ultra-slow" would have been even better..
