Yes but you should be able to just use something like hotspot shield to get through it.

Well i got some keys left after obtaining one and registering multi accounts
To get a key PM me, i will not post them public as leechers might steal them.
User has to got a decent amount of posts done and post here to let people PM him.
I will name and shame people that get a key from me and just fuck off.

Yeah, I installed that but eh. It gave me pings of over 400 to basically everything, so it'd be far from playable.
