I have an iPod Nano which I want to get the music off.
I have seen a program called Xilisoft Ipod Rip but it's like $30
There is not a cracked version of the newest version, which supports iTunes 10.
Anyone got any ideas?

Or Steve Ballmer from now on. Have you seen Windows Phone 7? It's more pathetic than iPhone/iPad.  Locked down shit, no access to FS, no native apps  - just .Net Silverlight for apps  and XNA for games, no shell modification; just their fugly and useless interface, appstore - eh sorry marketplace only - no loading of external apps, in order to develop for it you need a special development phone (or somehow put a development ROM) otherwise you can only work with the emulator
It's the definition of pathetic. And it's targeting the perfect  audience (the same ones that buy iPhones and iPads). It will probably make shitloads of cash.

I did actually intend to say iPod but there you go, typos will save your life sometimes.
I agree with you that the iPod is the lesser of all Apple evils, but it's still bad shit to support that crap.

I just assumed (urgh... hate doing that) you were referring to the whole cadre of devices, including iTouch. My bad ^_^ I'd have to be fucking certifiable to spend €300 on a phone or €400+ on that ridiculous iPad nonsense.
