It's like something is wrong with running, the animations are off or some shit.
Ball physics and shooting hmm not really realistic, it's like they made like that on purpose to allow for more spectacular goals and I'm sure there will plenty.
Solid footsy all in all, but a couple of things are deal breakers, for me at least.

Look, the thing is games have been getting bigger and bigger for years. It's common knowledge that a large file extracts to a temp file, therefore doubling the space required on top of the install. It's no surprise to me the demo is this large, the full game will be huge no doubt. The problem is you're complaining because YOU haven't enough space on YOUR hard drive, and saying you will pirate the game because of that is utterly ridiculous and you come across as an attention seeker. I've said my piece. You can argue all you want, those are the facts.
By the way, how exactly are you going to pirate the game without any HDD space? Sheesh... Oh, that was rhetorical by the way.
Enough off topic, I'm done with this one.

okay... Maus0r. Ill explain what he meant.
He is NOT talking about the size. The setup automatically uses C:\. THAT is his (valid) complaint. If the setup used the partion where it came from he would not complain.

To sum this shit up.
Konami's installer sucks ass because it's a single ginormous exe file and AV scanners take quite some time scanning them. After that it unpacks into a temporary location(fixed) and copies itself to the target destination, thus requiring more than 3 times the size of the installer on the HD.
On the other hand, you should consider that Konami has more important things to take care of than writing a custom installer for the demo.
But saying that this reason to pirate the game presents you as an idiot though

It is really sad that there is only Nui that KNOW what I meant, it only shows how hard and painfull is to use your brain from time to time for some of you...
@PumpAction
Being unable to test the product first is already a good reason to not buy it, but go ahead and call me names as long as you want if this will help feed your ego. This demo installer is a example of how customers are treated nowadays, if they can't make a little effort and prepare proper installer for something that is meant to encourage me to buy full product, I say fuck them!

Not having your c: with enough space is not Konami's fault. They are using this installer for years. Could they improve it? Yes, why not, but who cares really. Besides, you must have extremely bad loading times and huge fragmentation on a drive with so low space, but hey, let me guess, it's Microsoft fault, right?

I wouldn't argue if they atleast point out that you must have 6gb on c drive, having that in mind I wouldn't download it in the first place. This is funny how you imply that I have bad loading times and huge fragmentation and I'm blaming Microsoft for this, but I must sadden you and inform that non of this is true. I see that another one have serious logic function issues... But you know better, right?

The atmosphere is so fucked up and the gameplay really slow. It's too bad, seems Konami never learn from his mistakes.
EDIT: ok I didn't realize it was possible to change game speed. That's better.

They're both completely moddable (take a look to the FIFA thread), but it's obvious that PES is having a higher number of mods at the moment: the engine is the same as PES 2010/09/08, while Fifa is using a completely new engine!
Give the modders some time and you'll see huge mods for Fifa as well

Now give me a patch that makes the animations as fluid as in fifa, makes the referees as intelligent as in fifa and gives me the freedom of movement that the new fifa has... then I'll be back playing pes

Wouldn't be surprised if someone does it eventually.
Konami are such lazy bastards, but as Leftos sad, fanboys will be fanboys, they will keep throwing cash at Konami, and Konami will continue releasing the same game over and over with little changes. Basically like EA did with FIFA. PES11 is not bad at all, but could have been so much better...

Of course, all I can do is state my opinion. Just to clarify, I meant F11 is better on the PC, not the FIFAs before that.
Pl@tinum wrote: | You can bitch all you want about Pes, and you might be right in some degree, but saying they are releasing the same game just patched is not true. It's hugely different. You may not like it, but that's another story. |
Your argument is like saying FIFA 05 06 07 08 09 10 PC (PS2) were all hugely different from FIFA 04 PC (PS2) because of roster updates, bloom in the graphics and a little different AI behaviour.

And Pes is still overall better on PC. Probably consoles too.
