Late update is late.
Added sneaking, fixed furnace(which worked anyway) and added fishing rod. Half of the multiplayer is still not working.

If you have paid for this game/sandbox (which you really should as it's like $13 US), you might notice that if you can't log in to the minecraft.net server, you get a choice if you want to try again or play offline. If you choose the latter, you will find, after you connect to the NFOHump server, that you are assigned the player name, Player. As everyone else that joins after will kick you, you have to use a memory editor to change your player name (there's a tut somewhere, but I'm too lazy to find it and link right now). Just thought I'd let you guys know if you didn't already...

minecraft_name.jar doesn't work anymore and it takes a lot longer for the login to timeout now, maybe it's the update?

Our issues are probably related to the update. Or the primary minecraft.net server crashed/is crashing. I've managed to get on the site twice out of like sixty tries...Will try later after football is over.

yeah well i just tried minecraft for the first time yesterday and i tried running minecraft_name.jar it asks me to type in a name i do and it closes and thats it.... whats annoying is that it worked yesterday and today just stopped working....

Seriously JahLux, just read a few posts above yours. We are having the same problem, it's most likely related to the newest update and that the main server is down atm.

Yeah, the main/authorization server was hit extremely hard by the update it seems. Can't play online or access minecraft.net at all.

Wow, I've managed to get the update starting, but I'm getting like 5 kb/s at average. Mostly lower than that.

I'm thinking that the update is what is causing all of the server slowdowns/lag. I've finally got minecraft updating itself as I type this, yet it is doing so extremely slow. I'm with everyone else that needs their fix. I'm dt'ing here man...

WTF! The update finished, and now when I start Minecraft, both of my monitors are filled with grey!? My cursor shows, but nothing else..

Probably corrupted files on my end. I didn't look at the update windows when it happened, and when I left it wasn't even 50% finished.
