G2play are pretty nice that way, from what I can tell they always refund it it happens.

Too bad their keys is region restricted. Scandinavia for example is missing out.

I see they have bumped up the price to 39 euros now.

If I'm not mistaken this Civ game is probably the most consolified game to date
