Anyone have crashed on Windows 7 64-bit? I installed all the variants possible for Visual C++ Runtimes, updated Games for Windows Live and still get crashes after a couple of seconds of a black screen. The crash log says "Exception: Access Violation (00A0DC50)
SymFromAddr returned error : 487" Very odd. Anyone else?

it works its just that if you wanted to use a wireless 360 controller you cant because the crack disables GFWL

Thanks for the answer it worked. Yes the game is really fun. Already tried it on 360 and ps3. Too many problems on those. Shitty graphics and framerate. At least this one is MUCH MUCH better. One thing i dont get is that how is the ps3 version acceptable for sony and that system to approve it. A console that can do God of War III but cant do DR2 decent? Shitty porgramming i guess?

A couple of other people confirmed this on another website. Do you happen to have an Nvidia GPU with the 260 BETA drivers?

Well, at least we know it's not a driver issue with our GPUs. I am thinking it's some issue with the cracked xlive.dll, but it's strange so few people have had this problem. Very annoying though.

I dont know if its the same error i got, i have a 4850 and i got a crash on launch. to fix it you have to change the audio quality on your sound card options. mine was at 96k i turned it down to 48k and it works now. but my controller (x360 wireless) doesnt work im gonna try replacing the xlive.dll someone somewhere said its because of gfwl not being cracked.

Wow. I had just thought of that myself. Had mine set to 96k too. Turned down to 48K and works.

Everyone who has the launch crash issue, try that solution.

As others have mentioned, it's likely because G4WL functionality was axxed by SKIDROW and is required to detect the Wireless controller properly. It'd be okay if the game supported mouse and keyboard properly. There's no documentation nor hotkey mapping whatsoever. Ridiculous really. After a while you can figure out all the keyboard/mouse keys, but if someone can post a full outline of the keys and what they do, that would be awesome. Maybe a future patch/crack will fix the Wireless controller issue.
