I swear that one of these days I'll prepare myself a sandwich as well, it's has been weeks since I haven't eaten a goddamn tasty sandwich
Usually I eat some pasta at lunch and the trusty couple meat+cooked/fresh vegetables at dinner

I had a salad with some boiled red beans, sliced smoked salmon, a bit of olive oil, pepper, a hint of garlic and paprika powder. The desert was a small piece of black chocolate. Really tasty.

You'll kill yourself eating that white trash! The only bread the Italians know is white bread – how fucked up is that? Brown is the way to go when it comes to food with wheat

I shouldn't post the ingredients. Actually that beans in there should be enough to hang me if I was brought in front of an Italian court right?
Spoiler: |
7 different herbs (mainly origano)
some pepper, salt
small dried italian chilis (extremely hot!)
and a mix of different shredded chilis
1 big tomato, tomato puree,
quarter of a sucuk ,
1 small onion

Exactly
But unlike many of my countrymen I'm actually quite open for extravagant experiments when it comes to pasta ...so why not, as long as it tastes good it's good to me
