watching it now. going to grab hd when it's out and hoping for a working 3D version for when I finally buy a 3D compatible TV 
so much campy fun! Faces being torn off. Boobs. Legs. IT'S AWESOME FUN!

was gonna post about this, like.. yesterday or some shit... saw there was no thread... meh too lazy to make a new one, so flag it.
anywho, vision released a version with 5.1.. grabbing that...
the dvdr came with english 5.1, yet visions first release purplexingly came with line audio... as did a few others... im guessing all those early releases were stolen video that came with the russki audio? those fucking swine.

i didn't really like high tension that much thought it was one of his weakest that i've seen. mirrors was decent and provided several high scares expect for the japanese horror ending. But other than that it was a decent remake. Also the visual gore was fantastic. Hill have eyes had such awesome cinematography and violence. and pirhana is by far one of his best fun horror movies (only fun horror movie) Can't wait for a good copy to come out. I think I'll be sick to my stomach when i'll watch it in HD.

Holy shit, I'm having a seizure!
I watched the 3D version of the R5 and my eyes feel like they're on fire now 
Was looking forward to this but it's total dogshit. You know a film is fucking awful when Kelly Brook is the best thing about it.
