Since Usenet has EPIC fail written all over it (Usenet and the "scene" Laughing) I just grabbed mine from Demonoid. No use trashing my ratio on BCG. Still got 2hrs to go. Oh the joys of torrents.

I'd have gotten the 360 version if I actually had any DVD-DLs left (or a JTAG with ISO2GOD Very Happy) But sadly I don't have either, so I've been holding out for the Jailbreak release. It got uploaded early yesterday by the same guy who also uploaded Enslaved three DAYS ago ("scene" only bothered to upload it late last night Rolling Eyes) I get into some row with a mod on RUS because he had "scene" cock firmly jammed in his mouth.

I really don't get all this scene loyalty bullshit. I don't care WHO brings me my free games, whether it's p2p or "scene".

there are other alternatives than rapidshare. But all in all, thats the best option there is in my opinion. People uploading quick and no ratio bullshit or slow speeds.

This was a day one buy for me... big castlevania fan (not just SoTN either).. epic game, at chapter 2. Much better than God of War so far, less button mashing. Gorgeous visuals too for a PS3 game.

Hmm, stuck at Aghata (or whatever its called) on chapter 2. Wondering if there is something iv missed or if its a bug. Im supposed to make a jump, but the game tells me I wont be able to do it on my own. So... should there have been spawned a spider that I could mount and help me... or have I missed something? The level is full of ruins and a chick that climbs up in them at the beginning.

By the first big creature do you mean the very first mini-boss or the later normal wargs?
Either way, don't. Just keep trying and don't rush it. Block - hit - evade - hit... and if you can, use block-counters. You just need to learn you're enemies (how they hit, when they hit, when to block and when to evade/roll), eventually you'll have no problems. Also keep an eye on the beastiarity, as it has useful info on all the creatures you encounter.

Just beat the Knight (played on knight difficulty). That battle was seriously awesome. Combat system is better than God of War one imo.

Yep, I am not that much for GoW, but like the heavy feel to the combat in this game.

I love doing the "hold x, x, x, x...." combo. It´s so satisfying slashing that whip.

This is actually a very nice game, much better than many of the clones/action games out there. Thing is almost all good aspects of the game also have a negative side.
for exemple
NICE looking environments - but the level design is kinda bad.
Interesting monsters (at least for me, just finished Dante's Inferno and boy am i sick of mutants, so goblins, werewolves, spiders make a welcoming comeback) - but you wont find wondering mobs, all the fighting goes on in pseudo-arenas
Deeper fighting system than other similar games - but rolling and blocking are mapped to the same button and its annoying
...
edit: oh and i think picard was a bad choice for this game, his voice is kinda out of place but apparently that's just me Smile
