Tron: Evolution is an upcoming action-adventure tie-in video game currently in development by Propaganda Games, to be published by Disney Interactive. It was officially announced at the Spike Video Game Awards and will be released for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS platforms on 7 December 2010.
Olivia Wilde will be reprising her role as "Quorra" from the upcoming film, Tron: Legacy.
yeah was gonna say, tron 2.0 was fucking AWESOME... one of the best fps ever, it had some really neat ideas (re: corruption n shit) and just looked fantastic, both as far as quality goes but also design...
well, you know kids these days. if it doesnt let you mash buttons or duck behind a wall, them kids just aint interested.
and from that vid, honestly, the game looks as insipid to me as that last transformers game, and thus... eh... have next to zero interest in it at the moment.
ill play it.. probably... and maybe ill enjoy it, but from the screens and vid, it doesnt look that interesting.
It's a Disney action game situated in a bastardization of the Tron universe. Level design is unimaginative (does it only remind me of Mass Effect?) and teh action is as basic as it gets. That's what I got from the vid.
What can you tell us about the PC version in terms of graphics and other kinds of PC exclusive support?
As with any good Windows PC game, players have a wealth of performance and graphic setting options as well as customizable inputs at their disposal. We support Nvidia 3D as well as ATI's Eyefinity, and Razer programmable keyboards and mouse being made available. The Windows PC version will be part of Games for Windows.
Higher resolutionzzz confirmed!

Any plans for a demo for the game and/or post release DLC?
We aren't currently planning on doing a demo but we definitely moving forward on incredible downloadable content.
Right, who needs a demo guys.. on the other hand DLC... yup, that's exactly what games need!
Set during the era between the two TRON films, TRON: Evolution conveys the
story of significant events within the TRON mythology. The game features an
epic adventure across a massive digital world filled with high-mobility
disc-based combat and advanced light cycles. TRON: Evolution is one of the
keys to unlocking the TRON mythology. The game's story takes place before the
"TRON: Legacy" events and provides insight into the film's past. As an
integrated entertainment experience, the film will reference elements of the
game's story. Fans will want to play the game to learn more about the TRON
mythology seen in the film, but each entertainment experience will stand on
its own.

Interesting, I liked the previous game and though I understand this is pretty different (Follows some movie follow up to the original Tron.) it might be fun, haven't read much about it though, seems to be getting a lot of criticism however but that could also have been the racing focused variant of it for all I know.
(LIVE have had a map-pack available for some time now with two extra MP levels so I thought the game had been out for some time though as it's live it could just have been the X360 edition since from what I know the PC version was scheduled to come out later.)
I liked the look of the gameplay in the vids and on tube, seems virbrant and puzzle like along with the aspects of a Tron world.. I will probably grab this and sit back with my controller for some simple fun inbetween other games of a more higher regard..
i actually enjoyed it on ps3 a bit, gonna continue on pc version of it looks better
it's kinda pop in the future, fun and challenging, not even close to being crap like was mentioned in console section by some and those guys praise gt5
