Trine - This music was so perfectly scored to fit the mood of the game it's simply uncanny. Awesome medieval-esque chamber music.
Deus Ex - Theme song. Nough' said.
Everquest (the original MIDI's) - The first of it's kind, the MIDI's bring back many fond memories for me.
Morrowind - Theme song and overall score was great.
Fallout 3 - The radio songs they picked were great, vastly helped in conveying the feel of the game.

For me it's Morrowind.The soundtrack made me feel like a real hero.
THIS! THIS! Morrowind's ost was one of the highlights of the game, it wasn't just some random rock bullshit that rhytm matched the sound of shell casings falling on the ground.

Total Annihilation without a doubt. If i remember correctly whole second cd of the game was the soundtrack in audio cd format- and i lost it somewhere .

Epsilon: Game is great btw, I love it, so far it's a definite goty. It's remarkable how much has changed since the beta, stardock have been working their asses off, and it shows.
