There is 1 game i know i will lose if i get banned and thats Marble blast ultra or whatever the name is. It reverts back to trial if im not on live.

this is because you didnt buy it on the XBOX you are using atm. You can transfer the licenses from one xbox to another using MS web site and then you can redownload a version that is tied to your new XBOX and that is FULL Version even offline.

Oh WTF? Fuck you! I downloaded Dead Rising (700MB) and seeded back over 1GB .. so fuck you with your bullshit "Share ratio is less than 0.3 because you haven't seeded over 3GB" nonsense!

Works fine for me. Check to see if you have the latest version(32b), the first ones were buggy for me, but the last one work great.

On the contrary, on my machine v32 hangs when opening the device, v31 is the only one that works (when it feels like it). Had to format the usb key to make it work again... now it seems ok, copied 3 games to it with no issues.

few weeks a go,people said "indie games are uncrackble" due the fact the you need to be connected to live... so now hackers find way to bypass this?{on Jtag of course}

No they didn't  What happened was you could still run those games with your old profile on the new console because you had XBL access, as soon as XBL access was cut off the games revert to trial because you didn't have the authentication keys on your new machine. The only way to get that is to do a license transfer .. and if you've done the license transfer, you DO NOT lose your games if you're banned. You never lose your XBLA games when you're banned.
This is how the "No JTAG" method works for XBLA games; you download a fixed profile and the games associated with it and you can play as long as there's XBL access, but if you don't go online - or if you're banned - then the games only work in trial mode since they can't connect to the net to authenticate. It states this in the nfo you get with any of the no JTAG titles.

They got sued for billions just for including IE with Windows ... I think if they started removing people's games, games which they had paid money for, just for breaking XBL T&C (because that's all the ban is about. It's not illegal to flash your firmware, but MS can ban you for breaking T&C) they'd be sued into non-existence.
