any word on the MP part of the game? I read that MW2 is shit MP wise cause of hackers and problems to join games... If the MP is really worth it I want to buy this one. Want to play some online shooter again, been a long long time

Pc version of CoD, hell all MP games on pc, will have quite alot of hackers since its more easier to create a hack for the pc then for 360 or ps3.

There is an internal beta called First Strike. Only friends and family of Treyarch can play First Strike.
It seems that this beta was on marketplace and peple got there hands on this beta.

There will be 50 ranks on multiplayer, the prestige is still unknown but there will be more than 14 prestiges.

There are 12 maps on the full game.

From the videos I saw linked of the previous page - it plays exactly like MW2 - albeit with some new maps and weapons. Doubt they changed much in terms of feel at all.

When I first heard that there will be 50 levels, then I was quite happy. But now...

Apparently there is more gear and stuff unlocked during prestige, so it sounds USEFUL this time around - rather than useless bragging rights of MW1 (console) and MW2 (all platforms)

And you rank up REALLY fast. I've seen many people that are level 50 in the beta.
And yeah, David ''Vahn'' Vonderhaar told that prestige will be much more usefull this time.
