anyone completed the mission with the blood vials???

only get mission failed, anyone wanna explain how you complete the thing with the cryo chamber thing??

I'm also stuck on this bit, I am currently up to the Cryo Chamber in the two-player Co-Op. But when I come to use the chamber (with a player on both sides) it does nothing?

I have the blood samples.

Since at least one person has past this level, it can't be a beta bug can it? If not where am I going wrong?

Thanks,

Completed the single player portion of this game earlier on, scored a completion ratio of 43% across the whole game on hard difficulty level - in one of the missions I scored 3% success rating partly down to the fact that I knifed a couple of people that I shouldn't have so that probably took my scores down plus by the end of the game I was rushing through it just so I could complete the game.

Does anyone know if there are two different endings in the game? I ask because there seems to be a part later in the game where you are given a choice of how to proceed, kind of a moral choice. Won't say more than that incase I give away any spoilers I just wondered if it was one of those scripted events intended to give the impression of choice or whether you do actually get a choice and if so does it influence the game.

How long is the game? Why did you rush through the game, does it suck, or were you just trying to be the first to beat it??

Just a stunning, stunning game!

Got really frustrated with Pandora Tomorrow & was gonna give this one a miss.If that sounds like you then STOP!!!!
Only a couple of missions in (on hard) and it just keeps taking my breath away.Dunno what it is, but the frustration that put me off Pandora just isn't there in CT, making it SOOOO much more enjoyable to play Surprised

There's even a very funny exchange between Fisher & his boss at the start of mission 2 that alludes to Pandora's annoyances - but i won't spoil it for ya.

Multiplayer?Well, i've only played co-op so far but this alone is just incredible.Innovative, tense, atmospheric as hell, but above all FUN TO PLAY!

I ordered this online last week so it should be dropping through my door any day now.I urge you to support the developers on this one & buy the game.It really is awesome Very Happy

Single player campaign in all took me probably the best part of 10 hours, maybe more. Of course the game doesn't suck and I wasn't trying to be the first to beat it either, no doubt alot have completed it by now and I hardly posted my previous post expecting anyone to be impressed.

When I said I rushed through it towards the end what I meant was I could have played the game in a much more careful way and picked my kills, shadowed people, showboated, went through levels without killing people that sort of stuff instead I literally cleared levels out by separating patrols and picking people off individually, taking easy kills in the darkness by using the sc pistols secondary function and rushing people with the knife.

I could have used the sniper/shotgun and launcher attachments alot more as well, only towards the end of game on the last few levels where I was running low on ammo did I actually find myself using them.

To be honest kintama im gonna get the pc version so I'll do all this again in a weeks time on a pc and try to play through it in a slightly more stylish way and get into the co-op mode. Im glad they changed the medkits in the final game, in the demo version your character came across as a junkie/pill popper literally having to clear the medicine cabinet of pills before his health reached the top in this version he only has to use the medicine cabinet once to top up his health. Need a little help on the mission (Kokubo Sosho) where you have to "cripple the servers". Right before I get to the server room, theres a turret stationed on the ceiling that annoys me. I can't seem to go on without getting shot up. Any solutions to this?

I used a smoke grenade, also managed to sneak past it one time by jumping over the railing to the right and sneaking my way past it - the latter seemed to be a totally random occurence though I've not managed to repeat it. Smile

if this happens only in this game then i would say it suffers from a ntsc/pal problem.. i get the same thing with a U.S version of Vice City and the only thing that fixes it is Enigmah video mode switcher.. changing regions in any dash doesn't do squat... it's something to do with it using region 0 (homebrew).. or so i read

Why does everyone here trying to rip this game if there's already out, a nice rip of it made by Allstar?
Thankee.

Personally I had problems getting hold of the Allstar DVD5 that was my reason, the DVD9 was barely more than 4.5 - 5 gigs compared to whatever the rip was. Being on a reasonably good connection the difference in file size barely bothered me and extracting and recreating the iso took very little time.

So in my case availability and having the bandwidth. Smile

Because this way you can customize it 100% for your needs. You can select which languages and videos you want to rip and which ones you want to keep. And it's easy as hell.

have you checked the game map/red objective marker thats what I used whenever I got lost (the levels are pretty large after all) - off the top of my head the way down to the tea house is off a single story roof so if your in the adjoining building to the tea house courtyard check for a vent, when you go through it you'll find yourself on a low level roof next to the tea house in time to eavesdrop on a conversation.

PostPosted: Wed, 30th Mar 2005 07:41    Post subject: Help in displace
I am at a point in the level displace where I needed to go through the ventilation in the R&D room to use a rope to drop into a room with some server stuff. It is a small room with a big green light in one corner and some servers in another. There is glass that can be switched to be clear or opaque. The problem I am having is that I do not know how to get out of this room to progress. I searched all over the room and despite having the red beacon on the map as an objective there is nothing to interact with besides the rope. Can anyone help? I would be happy to give more explanation as to the location in the map displace if need be.

Thanx Madhatta

i used the rope to get out again, the same way as i came. i really just dropped down the rope, grabbed the data and then up again before the power came back on. you will get a note saying that the elevators are working again so you can access the top floor

I cant get out of the little room though to get the main server area to grab the data I need. I looked all around and there are no doors to interact with or anything. I havent heard anything about the power coming back once I retrieve it either. Its just strange because on the map it shows the server room as one portion of the map but there is that glass divider between me and where I think I need to get to to access the data stick. But in the portion of the room I am in the red objective dot is sitting right about where the rope is I dropped in on.

Madhatta

Nevermind I just hadnt gotten some code yet so I couldnt use the computer down there. Sorry and thanx for the help.
