That's actually sad. Not that Blizz have plot hole, it happens in any lore. But that they wouldn't even know who one of their character in their lore is/was. Even to me Falstad Wildhammer rings a bell, and I did not play WoW for very long time and I've been to Aerie Peek just few times during my play. They should know the lore they created. On top of that the QA guy on right with chewing gum and sun glasses looked dumb, especially with his attitude "I'm better than you, now GTFO".
