Is there more gore and dismembering of legs/arms/heads like the last Treyarch COD? Because the last MW felt lame, I don't know if I am sick maniac but I like lots of blood in shooters. It makes the game more fun to play for me.

Ok, i'll ban djacid then as it's against rules to have two accounts. A quick check confirms they weren't used at same time - so no worries!
And as for gore- yes its gory but no dismemberment so far!

I have seen footage from the first mission, and there is dismemberment (legs and arms fly off) when something blows up near NPCs (on this level, explosive barrels).

i argue with a friend of mine about that fairly often. he whines about some part where they throw infinite grenades or something and i tell him when he can get the mile high club achievement then i'll make the effort to finish WaW on veteran. otherwise i thought it kinda sucked.

You get to cut peoples throats, which is pretty graphic.
Some nasty scenes.

Beat cod2 and cod4(mw) on veteran (1000p on both), but treyarchs take on the serie is no point in even trying. Did that with cod3, but had to give up.
Trial and error gameplay.
Stray bullets everywhere.
Enemy ai is surprisingly skilled at knowing where you are.
Friendly ai is surprisingly stupid.
Just finnished black ops on hard. No way I would degrade myself and play it on veteran. It was frustrating at times as it was. And not for the right reasons. It isn“t skill that makes you beat this game, its persistance and luck more often.

Completed the game, and it really is EPIC. One of the best FPS SP experiences iv had.
sound music: 9/10
gameplay 10/10
story 9/10
9/10!!!
At certain places this looks even better than MW2 imo.
The helicopter mission was pretty much how I expected, how high you are above sea lvl are scripted, but thats fine it has to feel like a movie. just like the MWs. And it really does...
And Sabin You do get another zombie map after you complete the game
After the credits you start as
Spoiler: | JFK in pentagon (the zombie map), funniest map ever Got to lol at JFKs comments^^ |

If gameplay is fast paced compared to MW2 then its going to be awesome.

I have the mile high club achievement. What's your point? WAW was harder.

i guess if it wasn't obvious enough the point was i found getting the mile high club achievement more difficult than what i played of WaW. just my opinion.

Anybody experimented with the computer in the interrogation room yet? (in the main menu)
I mean the computer with the dos prompt behind your chair. If you look down at your restraints in the main menu you can break free from them for an easy 15 gs points and the ability to walk around the interrogation room. All I have found so far is this computer you can hack.
If anyone here comes up with logins and passwords for the terminal please post them. I'll be hacking it myself and will do the same.
Amazing game from start to finish. IMHO probably the best CoD package to date yet overall.

Well there you go. I thought the mile high club achievement was pretty tough. Took about 40 minutes to finally beat it. Whereas, there are sections in WAW on Veteran that are far more difficult to beat which had me trying for hours just to pass certain points on multiple occasions. WaW is definetely the harder game by a long way, but that doesn't make it better...because it's not.
