That updated was localized.txt in the game folder and iw_25.iwd in the \main folder and frontend.bik in the main\video folder so it's the patched content, it's all still encrypted however and there's no exe yet either.
EDIT: And some misc files in \zone\common for MP data and other stuff, unsure what it all does but as long as it's encrypted it's not useful to upload it.
