Hmm, maybe it's a good thing that I won't receive my key until tomorrow afternoon. Because maybe I will avoid several frustrating hours of trying to connect and download the rest of the files that is not present in my archive since the meltdown most likely will happen tonight anyway.
Anybody got an idea about how much data I will have to download after installing the game from my 7.38Gb archive?

Will wait to see if it's shit before buying. You guys better make sure to let me know. Unlike with Mafia 2 where I was reading the thread a couple of months before release and everyone was sucking its cock, then I dropped off for a bit, fast forward to release and I'm like oh hey it's out, this was that game everyone on NFOHump was sucking so this will be awesome, time to buy! For cheap because it's 30 USD! (it wasn't, it was 30 EUR, I was drunk, shut up)
Then I go read up on the thread and discover it is shit. God damn it. lol

As far as I am aware..
Modern Warfare 2 is running on IW4 engine.
Black Ops will run on World at War engine (which itself was improved from Call of Duty 4's)
and Modern Warfare 2 IW4 engine is improved COD4 engine as well anyhow. |

It's official. Aussie retail owners can play it now. I guess it's only fair since they usually get the short stick when it comes to release dates and pricing on games.
