You'd need the exe and updated content even if you have the disc image, unsure if those will be available as the release is fairly limited until the worldwide event in a day.

Btw...I see no way for me here in Germany to play some cut shit...I also love to play my games in English... I also don't have much time for MP, so I will skip this part. Now why can't they offer the SP for some 15 bucks and all the MP with mapstuff as a steam-dl-option for let's say 35... No way paying 45 bucks for some cut game I will play for 2-3 days...
