Australian retail version apparently, Steam editions will unlock later and then the rest of the world tomorrow sometime, for a release the exe would be needed even if the keys can be used to decrypt the disc image data properly now (Was uploaded earlier apparently.) but the exe is part of a update so those files will likely also be needed for it all to work.

When I try to pre order from Direct2Drive with the "bigsavings", after inserting my PayPal user/pass, it asks for my cellphone to confirm.. I put my country "Israel" and then my phone, after clicking next, it processes for some seconds and then it says that it failed to validate .......
Whats the problem?
