Try hexedit 387 to whatever value it requested. Probably it wont work anyway but who knows.

I've tried this, there is one value "called" 387, but if i change the value from 387 to 473 nothing happens..............

i'm using a vpn and have an american IP Wink

@cCuri0US: using visa as payment didn't change a thing, the transaction still couldn't be validated. used both my cell and home numbers.
