By the way, it is possible to play Mongolian civ with 1.0.0.20 !!!
How so:
1) First find Mongol DLC (it is out there, if you look carefully)
2) Install dlc files in appropriate places (some go to assets\dlc folder, some to resource folder)
3)Add following file to resource\Common folder:

^this is original file, unpacked from MongolModels.fpk. For some reason it is not loaded properly from the package, when using patch 1.0.0.20, leading to empty scene in diplomacy with Mongols.
And that's it. Mongols will work fine with 1.0.0.20 version of the game.
Note that this does not make Mongolian scenario playable, it only makes Mongol civ appear in normal game.
P.S.
Feel free to report if there are any other bugs or oddities when using this method.

Sorry for updating this.
I just need some confirmation.
It seems that DX9 crack from SKIDOW Update2 doesn't enable DLC content (can not select Babylon, saved games played with Babylon enabled will crash, etc...).
While DX11 crack does. As well as both cracks from Update1 from SKIDROW.
Does it work like that for everyone?

It seems PANDORA has cracked 1.0.0.621 patch!!!
Not really a scene release, but is working.
P.S.
There is both FullPatch and Cracked.Only floating in the net. Crack only is *updated* crack and its exes should be used.
P.P.S.
Skidrow update 1 or 2 is needed. At least if you want Babylon to function (not included in FullPatch).

Nice find; over 250 turns in, no crashes yet with DX11, using the Mongols as well...

So far, had to take a break for dinner, will continue later tonight. Playing lage map too

I grabbed both files from the one site before it was removed earlier today.. Perhaps that is why some people cannot find it now. Patch is 157 megs and the crack only, is 4.4 megs. I can host it somewhere if anyone needs it.

Well, it is buggy. DX9 would crash on load, and DX11 would load very slowly (like if using revloader or something).
Anyway, you need both: fullpatch for actual patch content, crack.only for fixed crack.
As well as skidrow 1 or 2 (since without it you would have no babylon).

Is there anyway to activate the babylon dlc if you have bought civ 5 ? It feels so wrong paying 3.5 euro for one nations. And what about those collectors edition maps?

Any way to play online with Update 3 by pandora? Deleting steamclient only works with Update 1 afaik
