So, since yesterday I don't have internet connection. I called my ISP and they said there is error/interference and it will be fixed within 2 to 5 workdays. And that is too long if you ask me. So my friend said 'you could use my connection with Proxy software'. Is that possible and what software do I need for that?

What?
If you dont have a connection, how would you use his connection?
Best bet is to borrow some open wlans til you get your connection back.
