ehmm ferraris can be damaged in forza 2 and 3 as far as i know

true, but in forza they aren't used for illegal street racing and crashing burnout style. cause aside from that, i can't find any reason not to include them in a NFS game.

so does it run on a jtag box or do you need to replace the default.xex like with AC brotherhood?

Since they put AP2.5 in it you can bet they also included the new dashboard to use the AP2.5 challenges.
EDIT: sorry, you were talking about jtag.

it runs , you dont have to do any xex replacement if your running the latest hacked dash
