So far it seems more relaxed than MW2. MW2 had no story whatsoever, just a bunch of missions tacked together and one of them even featured raining helicopters. This seems to take its time when necessary and feels more plausible (so far).

steam tried to patch black ops right now... got an error and nothing happens now, stuck at 1% ...wtf?

I noticed that MP stuttering seems to be not as noticeable during the later hours. Perhaps the server loads are indeed to blame...
I haven't even touched SP since I took a peak at release day, so I have no idea if I still have issues to deal with besides low FPS in the first mission. Still waiting for some news about a possible updates.

According to gameservers.com the server problem will be fixed within 24h. Thats atleast what Treyach told them
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

@ixigia It doesn't stutter much here. Here and there, but nothing unplayable. FAIL game all around, in story, in hilariously bad graphics (looks worse than MoH in many cases! ), in optimization. Lets lulz at buyers.

Well I had close to no stutter right now (but I did already say it kinda happens at this hour), but the overall performance is still crap. So I'd say it's far from fixed...

Surprisingly, that first firefight down the street was the level where the game stuttered the most for me.
You might want to try and push through to see if the following levels are somewhat more playable.

Aye, I can't say much about the story, but I did notice how the graphic quality has been consistently downgraded even if compared to MW2..
