Any word on when SKIDROW will release the updates? Maybe they'll fix the game for me.

Probably never. From what I understand, the skidrow version doesn't work with multiplayer. Annnnnnnnd the patch only affected the multiplayer exe. So why would they? Unless there's another patch I didn't read about amongst the 8 bazillion pages of "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! This game sucks!" comments.

Actually singleplayer .exe affected too. http://i52.tinypic.com/ili1vt.jpg

I'll never ever gonna buy this game, like MW2, and I really don't like it. But there is so much whining in here that it's ridiculous.

I've bought WaW back then and let me tell you something. I bet Treyarch will get their shit straight because they support their games. World at War recieved way more support then your beloved MW2 did and they released their Mappacks (MP and ZM) for free and patched the game very often. All IW did was taking your money for the game and their ridiculous Mappacks. And don't act surprised that the game is somewhat buggy. Since the last couple of years you guys should be aware of that. It's sad, right, but it's not like that it's a new phenomenon. I don't say you should get used to it, no, but when I read something like "luuulz Treyarch fucked up again, IW FTW" then I'm pissed. Those fucktards left you alone. The heads left their own company and took your money, that you had paid for it (your bucks are still gone) and gave a shit about the PC experience.

people Started reporting Cheaters on Steam forums using Theater Mode.

what that I've noticed and quite worried about is the fact the you can "snitch" more then cheating:

There is nothing to worry about. The theater mode is the best thing that could happen to the game to fight cheaters. Yes, there will be some wrong decisions, but they'll gonna be cleared up sooner or later. But that is better than doing nothing against the issue and ignoring it (MW2).

No shit, how exactly would have they been able to force you to buy them when they had no control over the servers and your game? It's a different story this time. Don't make it sound like it was some big service to us. And also you seem to think that Treyarch would have something to say in this matter? Sorry but they're Activision's lapdogs and they're the ones pulling the strings. Maps were also free with MW, what did that matter for MW2? So just like that, them being free with WaW doesn't count for nothing when it comes to Black Ops.

Works great, but crashes to black screen when you exit the zombie mode, so you have to End Task.

... I'm pretty aware that it's possible or likely that the upcoming mappacks aren't free anymore. And that wasn't my point. My point was that they care for their games and the issues will surely be patched. And by the way, you are aware that Grant Collier didn't work on MW2 do you? Imho that's why the PC gamers got screwed by Activision. Then we got guys like Robert Bowling... member of 360-Hammer-Legion...

(In case you don't know who he is)
http://www.giantbomb.com/grant-collier/72-243/

And yes, I strongly believe that if Grant Collier would have worked on MW2, the PC Version would have been waaaaaay better and would have come with modding/custom map/dedi support.

Yes I'm very aware of that. But are you telling me this community manager has same amount of pull in the company as one of the founders and president had?

Just wondering how I go about watching previous played games?

I have played on numerous servers and when going through the options to try and find the replay of previous matches it always says none available, play some games and then check again.

Anyone else have this problem or am I missing something simple?

Collier wasn't the Community Manager in the first place. He was one of the three head founders of IW, if not "the head". And I picked Bowling (Who is an CM) for MW2 because he actually is a DERP advertising mainly to DERPs. I just wanted to show up the change in IW. Collier ex-IW-Head advertised for the PC version of MW personally. For MW2, they gave everyone baldy Bowling. You could clearly see the direction.

Now you got Dedicated servers for BO. It could be because of the negative responses on MW2 PC, which I don't believe because sales were better than MW on PC, or, more likely, that some guys at Treyarch insisted to have them. I take the second guess.

It's working, but when you try to quit the game, the game just freezes, you have to externally close the application...

Going back to the 1st crack until they fix this.

You don't need any special crack when you can just launch the zombie maps through console.

Set monkeytoy to 0 in your singleplayer config and then "map zombie_theater" or "map zombie_pentagon"

ps. Quite strange that it's almost impossible to find any info what's he doing now and why he left IW? Maybe he left because he couldn't stand Activision, Kotick, Zampella and fourzerotwo clown.

There are *rumors* that he works now for Activision in the Special Projects division. But there is no proof on the net about that. Just a rumor. I personally don't believe in it.
