I played the 360 demo for a bit at a store and it was OK. Certainly isn't realistic but it's pretty to look at and was mildly enjoyable. And I didn't like the first HAWX at all. I'll still probably skip this and hope that MS Flight isn't a total bomb.

reading on UBI forums, looks like there are 2 versions. Regular released for d/l today, & a delux version ( that you got free if you bought gtx460, or higher,) which doesnt comeout till 16th.

HAWX 2 can use the same crack from skidrow Assassins Creed II ... however you can't play single player duo ''network connection error''

Hey JB, have you tried it? I found CD key for 25$ but somehow I am skeptical as I read that SP campaign tend to be very frustrating with some stupid protect/time dependent missions. I would like to know if it is playable with keyboard (I suck using controller) but seems like nobody plays this game.

Actually I do not own this game (Which I guess is a bit rare since I usually buy a lot of titless, haha.), I liked the first HawX for a more arcade experience compared to say Wings of Prey (Which is apparently a simplified IL-46 type game which I found out later.)
Have thought about it but will wait until more reviews and info is out about the game, console version got pretty average scores from what I've read and while it did many improvements from HawX1 it also apparently does a lot of mistakes and other problems such as really basic wingmen and terrible AI.
There's no demo either unfortunately aside from the DX10/DX11 benchmark (Game doesn't use DX9 from what I know but I am not sure about this.) anyway what it means is that there's no way to test the game properly minus how it performs.
(DX11 is nearly identical to DX10 in terms of visuals for this game as it only really brings tesselation which if enabled also usually negates any performance gain from Shader-Model 5 and other D3D11 advantages.)
EDIT: As usual though Ubisoft's solution to copy protection will also be a bit of a hinderance though it has improved over how it initially worked but it's very individual how one sees it, will take time to properly crack the game though not to mention patches.
(Those ten or so for Settlers 7 still aren't usable outside of as you say purchasing a separate key at a cheaper price if available.)

Thanx for info Becks. I really love arcade fliers, tried Wings of Pray and it is definitely more simulation but looking great. Didn't know about patches and separate CD keys. Demo would be great, without it I won't touch this.
